Tia Thomas is an all-around creative specializing in communications and theatre arts. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, she studied at the Baltimore School for the Arts and Towson University, earning her bachelor’s degree in Theatre Performance.

Prior to joining CHAW, Tia’s work spanned both the arts and political spaces. She has contributed to marketing efforts with Serino Coyne on Broadway productions such as Wicked  and Jersey Boys, supported digital fundraising campaigns at Middle Seat Consulting for clients including Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal and Janeese Lewis George, and worked on the graphic design and social media team at Wide Angle Youth Media. As a performer, she has collaborated with theatres including Chesapeake Shakespeare Company, Artcentric, and Sage Theatre.  Tia is so excited to be a part of the chawsome family at Capitol Hill Arts Workshop.
