Nairika Murphy is a sustainability and social impact team leader and former strategy consultant. Her career has focused on driving results-driven strategies across global organizations, standing up new initiatives and cross-functional teams to operationalize strategic goals, and advising executive teams – always with the goal of driving mission-driven impact. She brings expertise in strategic planning, program management, and change management to the CHAW board and holds an MA in Energy & Economics. Nairika is a long time lover of the arts and passionate about magnifying the power of creativity, community, and social justice through service on the CHAW board. She leads the Board’s Social Justice, Diversity, and Inclusion subcommittee.
