Lisa Oksala has spent most of the last two decades in nonprofits programs and management. She has led teams of volunteers and staff, created and grown new programs, and worked with donors and supporters, clients and boards to help some wonderful missions succeed. As an experienced Certified Salesforce Admin and Nonprofit Consultant with a penchant for creative problem solving, Lisa has worked creatively with organizations to develop the infrastructure to best support their growth. As a dancer and graduate of the Baltimore School for the Arts, she worked with choreographers Lisa di Ribere and Virginia Johnson before graduating from Goucher College with a degree in Psychology. Lisa lives in the Trinidad neighborhood of DC with her husband and two daughters, where she teaches Pilates, tries to keep up with her garden, and paints the occasional watercolor.
