Genesis joined CHAW in 2025 after a hiatus in Australia. She holds a BA from Indiana University Bloomington in International Studies with a focus on Human Rights. After working in the nonprofit advocacy space for a few years, Genesis is pursuing a career in Arts Administration/Event Planning.

During her free time, Genesis enjoys walking around her neighborhood in Northwest DC, eating home cooked meals with her life partner, and planning her next National park trip.
