PhreeSpace Collective, a DMV-serving incubator and community cultivation space for Performing Artists and Entrepreneurs is partnering with Capitol Hill Arts Workshop for the “RoofTop Underground” experience. This event will consist of an Indoor Live Performing Arts Concert + Open Mic while simultaneously promoting and encouraging patronage of Black and Brown Businesses in our “Melanated Market”. PhreeSpace Collective is hosted by CHAW teaching artist @THEKENTBLACK.
Note: CHAW is unfortunately accessible only via stairs. Built before the Americans with Disabilities Act became law in 1990, our studios, theater, and gallery are not accessible by either an elevator or ramp.
