Caesar is a Virginia based artist who is known for his unique style of drawing and painting.

Starting off as a graffiti artist, his career has focused primarily on murals and sign painting. Living in New York City for five years he specialized in hand painted billboards, mastering the techniques of photorealistic painting as well as the logistics of working on scaffolding, ladders and boom lifts. His fine art career has followed suit, having shown his work in a variety of galleries over the years. 

Working on projects all across the country, he has a vast range of experience and artistic skill sets.
