Brynn Mia Bodair, a versatile performer and choreographer, is a California licensed attorney practicing entertainment law as counsel for PBS. She holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Dance and Political Science as well as a minor in Screenwriting from Loyola Marymount University. Throughout the pandemic, Brynn created an experimental short film,  When Skin Feels Like Glass, displayed at the Glendale Brand Arts Center Gallery. She has also worked as an artist in residence, creating modern dance works  Salute and Fold , respectively, at La Roche University and Brockus Dance Project. Moreover, she has worked as a choreographer for musical artist Enrique Hernandez. Her short film, His Party , was screened at the Los Angeles Experimental Short Film Festival. In 2019, she presented her movement research at Harvard University’s Research Symposium as it informed her evening length stage work, Cultivating Compassion. In her early years, she trained extensively with the Atlanta Ballet, Texas Theatre Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet, and with Maria Caruso’s Bodiography Contemporary Ballet Company. While at Loyola Marymount University, she performed with hip-hop dance crew Kuumba Beatz for four years, interned for the Bill T. Jones Summer Intensive at New York Live Arts and trained with Keigwin and Company at The Juilliard School, as well as trained with Dance Teacher Magazine’s featured teacher Roz Leblanc Loo, BODYTRAFFIC’s co-artistic director Lillian Barbeito, and other esteemed faculty.
