Saba Tshibaka is a sustainable fashion designer, sewing instructor, and creative entrepreneur from the DMV-area. Specializing in zero-waste garment construction, upcycling, and textile education, Saba’s work celebrates circular design, personal expression, and accessible skill-building within the fashion ecosystem.

Deeply rooted in her community, Saba pours into local creatives by hosting free community sewing workshops throughout the year and prioritizing accessible, low-barrier entry options for all of her classes. Beyond the classroom, she brings wearable art to the stage, producing and showcasing sustainable fashion collections for Washington, DC’s annual Art All Night festival over the past five years, an iconic local tradition to keep an eye out for each fall.

She is the founder of the sustainable fashion brand Rendered and leads independent, community-focused sewing workshops across the Washington, DC area.
