Registering for a Class

If you have trouble accessing any of these files and would like them mailed or faxed to you, please call (202) 547-6839.

In order to register for a class, you must fill out a registration form, pay a one time registration fee of $10 and provide a payment.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS APPLYING FOR
TUITION ASSISTANCE ***

If you are applying for tuition assistance, you must register for your class via mail, fax or in person. Do not use the online registration option. Please attach your compeleted tuition assitance request to your registration (forms below). Completed registration, tuition assitance applications and policies agreement forms can be emailed to registration@chaw.org, faxed to (202) 543-1723 or mailed to 545 7th Street, SE Washington, DC 20003.
